What started as a simple need for regular cleaning support quickly became the inspiration to create a business built on professionalism, trust and exceptional attention to detail.

 

With a passion for creating clean, welcoming spaces, Hayley set out to build a company that delivers consistently high standards for every client. Although Meredith's Maids is a growing business, its reputation has been built on reliability, attention to detail and delivering a service clients can truly trust.

 

Today, Hayley continues to lead the business with the same hands-on approach, ensuring every clean reflects the values Meredith's Maids was founded on – quality, care and attention to detail.

With a strong focus on organisation, communication and customer service, she helps ensure enquiries, bookings and day-to-day operations are managed efficiently and with care.

Admin Assistant

As our valued admin assistant, Clare plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations across our businesses. From managing administration, customer enquiries and bookings to keeping systems organised and ensuring smooth communication, she helps everything run efficiently behind the scenes.

 

With exceptional organisational skills, a proactive approach and a strong commitment to providing excellent service, Clare works closely with both the team and clients to keep operations on track. Her attention to detail and dedication make her an invaluable member of the organisation.

Kaiya is passionate about digital marketing and creating engaging content that connects with audiences. As Digital Marketing Executive, she plays a key role in developing and delivering marketing strategies across our brands, bringing creativity, fresh ideas and a results-focused approach to every project.

 

Working closely with teams across the organisation, Kaiya creates content, supports multi-channel campaigns, generates leads and helps strengthen brand awareness. She also supports the growth of our franchise network through targeted marketing initiatives designed to increase enquiries and showcase franchise opportunities.
